Cancelling a subscription’s auto-renewal is no problem! To do so, follow these steps:
- Log-in to your CodeMonkey account
- Go to your profile page (by clicking on the 3 lines next to the round avatar image)
- Click on “MY ACCOUNT”
- Scroll down to “Manage Subscriptions”
- If under “Billing Plan” it says “Recurring”, then it means that this subscription will be automatically renewed.
- In order to cancel this subscription, under “Actions” click on “Cancel Subscription”
