Marketing Automation & Content Manager - (Tel aviv)
Do you have experience in global online B2B and B2C email marketing? Are you Technically minded and passionate about improving the customers journey and experience? Do you like creating content and processes to grow revenue?
We are looking for a rare mix of technical, analytical, and creative capabilities to join our amazing team and to lead an educational revolution that will affect children all over the world. We are seeking your experience in running global customer communication campaigns and your technical expertise in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones. You’ll be responsible for campaigns implementation, including email building and scheduling, cross-channel automation, engagement programs, audience segmentation, landing page creation, registration processes, success tracking and much more.
Additionally we are looking for someone who is interested and can assist the team beyond this scope alone in assisting the team in marketing content & performance related projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Design, execute, develop automated email marketing campaigns focused on audience development with the ultimate goal of customer acquisition and retention
– Plan and execute ongoing testing (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email and landing page performance focused. Effectively communicate results to the team and management.
– Create audience segments to communicate with our database in a more personalized way and measure the impact of every action
– Enable the sales team with proper email communications that they may assist to close deals.
– Build reports and apply data driven analysis to optimize marketing automation campaign performance.
– Own and optimize the registration processes and forms for both B2C and B2B
– Collaborate with the sales, marketing and data teams to uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
– Create a cross-channel experience with multiple touchpoints, such as emails, in-app notifications, SMS etc. based on user events and triggers
– Manage and improve lead nurturing funnels.
– Take technical ownership of marketing tools, explore new options, and assist in integrating them into our environment.
– Take a part in generating engaging and valuable content for all related programs and beyond
Желаемые навыки и опыт:
– 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing and Content Creation preferably from an online SAAS company
– Has an analytical mindset and knows how to use data to achieve better results
– Experience executing email and cross-channel marketing automated flows to nurture leads
– Strong copywriting capabilities
– High proficiency in excel
– Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong project and time management capabilities
– True self-starter with an enthusiastic and positive, can-do attitude and bias to action.
– Team player and highly self-motivated
– Fluent English both verbal and written
– Experience with graphic design tools – an advantage
– Experience with CRM platforms (i.e. PipeDrive, HubSpot) – is an advantage
– Experience with Google Analytics – an advantage
