Junior financial operations manager

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who will support ongoing financial operations and project coordination tasks. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants exposure to finance and project management while ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal staff and external vendors
  • Coordinate and organize travel and logistics
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining office records
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking
  • Reconcile invoices and purchase orders
  • Support the finance team with data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
  • Help monitor financial KPIs and compile data for monthly reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments
  • Help the sales team with payment collection and quarterly commission reports
  • Help the marketing team with conferences and print logistic

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, financial or operations support role
  • Strong interest or background in finance, accounting or project management
  • Good understanding of accounting principles or financial reporting
  • Experience working with Priority
  • Familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Green Invoice)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Experience working on small projects or assisting project managers
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English is a must
