As a connected educator, I am able to gauge students&#8217; learning curve and points of frustration because it&#8217;s familiar territory. I sometimes make reference to an agile software development method called \u200bPair Programming\u200b which has programmers work in pairs to solve problems. I lead with a \u200bvideo\u200b and make mention of the technique periodically in class i.e. &#8216;Let your motivation drive you while your heart navigates&#8217;.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">[\u0420\u0430\u0431\u043e\u0442\u0430 \u0441 \u0434\u0435\u0442\u044c\u043c\u0438 \u0438\u0437\u043c\u0435\u043d\u0438\u043b\u0430 \u043c\u043e\u0439 \u0432\u0437\u0433\u043b\u044f\u0434 \u043d\u0430 \u043c\u0438\u0440]<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0because splitting my time as a professional and entrepreneur in IT for years, you end up educating colleagues and clients on various technologies.
