I am not a conventional teacher because my degree is in Web Design and Authoring which is such a win for my position. I took courses <a href=\"https:\/\/www.codemonkey.com\/es\/blog\/how-to-engage-kids-in-learning-to-code\/\">codificaci\u00f3n<\/a>, HTML &amp; CSS, and many others that directly pertain to what I teach. I research new trends in the technology and teaching fields and pass them on to my students and colleagues. As adults, we tend to take for granted what we know and never think about how we learned it and if it is even pertinent anymore. Information changes at a dizzying speed and needs to be updated quite rapidly. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.codemonkey.com\/es\/blog\/professional-development-for-teachers-tips-from-a-past-teacher\/\">Methods change<\/a>, new programming languages are introduced, concepts become outdated, and for these reasons I need to stay relevant with the times.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Para m\u00ed es importante que mis alumnos desarrollen una curiosidad intr\u00ednseca<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Intento animar a mis alumnos a hacer preguntas, encender el fuego que alimenta el deseo de saber, satisfacer la curiosidad con conocimiento, no rendirse nunca y perseverar hasta que sus preguntas sean respondidas. Nadie sabr\u00e1 nunca todo, pero puedes aprender cosas que te dar\u00e1n satisfacci\u00f3n personal y una sensaci\u00f3n de logro &quot;.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es un consejo que tiene para los profesores que reci\u00e9n ahora est\u00e1n introduciendo tecnolog\u00eda educativa en sus aulas?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los maestros que intentan introducir tecnolog\u00eda en sus aulas deber\u00edan perder la idea de que saben m\u00e1s sobre tecnolog\u00eda que sus alumnos. \u00bfQui\u00e9n dedica m\u00e1s tiempo a los dispositivos digitales? \u00bfUn maestro \/ padre o un ni\u00f1o de 10 a\u00f1os? Si renuncia a ese control, se convierte en un socio en el aprendizaje de sus alumnos.
